Refund policy
Sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened & undamaged products in their original packaging.
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to a change of mind return.
Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect and then we’ll promptly issue a refund or send a replacement.
